Served as the Company's Vice President of Corporate Growth. In this Corporate role, I managed the company's growth operations, led/orchestrated business development/opportunity pursuit and proposal operations life-cycle activities across several teams, including the account/portfolio, business development, competency practice, solution architecture, proposal development, contracts, and/or finance teams. In this role, I had oversight of capture planning for each opportunity identified as a capture, including pre-marketing activities, intelligence gathering, developing a SWOT profile, identifying stakeholders, performing a competitor analysis, conducting client research, attending pre-bid meetings (if necessary), forming teaming arrangements; and performing market research. In addition, I also oversaw/led the proposal and solutions architecture staff and managed corporate-wide processes, systems/tools, and activities related to capture/proposal execution and knowledge management. Accomplishments/responsibilities:

• Successfully built and managed the overall company pipeline with ~$1B/year capture opportunities. This included conducting market white space analysis efforts to determine capture/growth prospects with new and existing customers and working with the account executives to qualify and vet the identified opportunities. Tracked pipeline metrics (account pipelines, awards, submits, etc.) to support strategic business development and capture planning efforts
• Served as Capture Manager for the company's top captures/deals and successfully closed on several exceeding $60M
• Partnered with the delivery teams to maintain a 100% win rate on existing contract re-competes
• Stood up the company's Capture and Solutioning teams to support capture and proposal solutioning efforts
• Re-tooled the company's Business Development, Capture management, and Proposal Operations practices/processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training content, templates, gate reviews, and knowledge management
• Oversaw the initiation, development, and completion of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assisted with developing associated products, such as Requests for Information responses, capabilities statements, white papers, briefings, etc.
  

Served as the AT&T Program Director for the Social Security Administration's Contact Center Solution/Program. This Managed Service Platform comprising of AT&T’s toll-free 800 service & Internet Data Center (IDC) based VoIP Contact Center solution had processed over 313M calls during my tenure on the program. Accomplishments/ responsibilities on this contract/program with a $270M ceiling included:

• Successfully delivered on all program objectives (cost, schedule, and performance)
• Oversaw all aspects of the Managed Service Program including Program Management,  IT Operations Management (Data Center/Infrastructure), Systems Integration (COTS Integration & Software Development), & Engineering Management
• Partnered with the Capture/Account/Proposal teams to position, shape, solution and win new multi million dollar business opportunities
  
• Built and sustained strong/enduring relationships with customer program stakeholders to enable stable operations and win-win solutions that drive mutual success

Served as the Program Manager (PM) on a software development contract initiative to assist the SSA disability program in disbursing more than $140 billion in payments annually, providing socio-economic security to more than 11 million disabled citizens. Prior to June 2014, I served as the Deputy PM & Operations Manager since the program started in Dec 2010. This customer/corporate focus initiative was a large-scale complex full cycle software development & Systems Integration program for a federal and state-level user community across 50 states and 4 territories representing around 30,000 users. The program included Fixed Price (FFP) & Labor Hour/T&M Task Orders under two different contracts - Disability Case Processing System (DCPS) with a ceiling of $200M and Information Technology Support Services Contract (ITSSC) with a ceiling of $2B. Accomplishments/responsibilities:

• Successfully delivered on all P&L responsibilities across both contracts
• Directed all program capture & proposal management efforts, resulting in the award of 24 Task orders
• Developed and/or directed strategy (both strategic & tactical) for all key program events, including Congressional interests, media interests, customer & end-user interests & perceptions, deployment of Beta production software releases, the transition of work scope across contracts (DCPS to ITTSC), the performance of work scope across multiple contracts, subcontract/supplier management, etc
• Oversaw organizational/team building and talent management. activities to recruit and maintain a high-performing team (210 - 280 staff) in a geographically distributed setting
• Directed program start-up activities to ensure a green start and continued operations to stay green. Oversaw cost, schedule, contract performance, variance and risk analysis using EVM techniques. Partnered with the Global Supply Chain group to resolve subcontract management operational challenges
• Delivered on critical corporate initiatives while handling program operations - Led a Lockheed Martin program management proposal processes from initiation to implementation leading to the award of a ~$150M contract with a brand new government customer

Served as the Program Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of programs/projects/accounts on the SSA Information Technology Support Services Contract(ITSSC) and Agency Wide Support Services Contract (AWSSC). Both these contracts were IDIQ contracts/accounts with SSA to provide Information Technology Engineering Support Services. Accomplishments/responsibilities:

• Met and/or exceeded all aspects of the Portfolio Task Order/Account commitments including P&L and capture/proposal management with teams ranging from 15 to 45 resources. Portfolio scope spanned software development, systems integration, and data center operations areas
• Delivered on critical corporate initiatives while handling program operations - Led proposal operations teams on two successful large scale government contract wins (ceiling of $200 M and $2B each)

Served as the Operations & Engineering Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of ITinfrastructure, IT Operations and Systems Engineering projects projects on the Agency Wide Support Services Contract (AWSSC). Accomplishments/responsibilities:

• Met and/or exceeded financial and operational commitments on all supported Task Orders/Accounts for budgets each ranging from $1M to $7M annually. Performance resulted in on contract growth in a highly competitive landscape spanning several competitors including CSC, IMB, Microtech, CACI, & HP
• Worked extensively with the executives and senior technical advisers at the data center to define, plan and implement Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices. Assisted the SSA data center executives and stakeholders with the implementation of emerging technologies in the areas of Enterprise Output Management and Service Oriented Architecture. Defined project strategies and drafted comprehensive road maps to achieve targets
• Served as the portfolio/program Test Engineering Manager & SME
• Oversaw activities addressing operational issues and customer concerns, including the creation of plans, status reports, and delivering project briefings as required to executive management and senior technical staff

Served as the Test Engineering Manager responsible for managing a team of 22 Test Engineers on the SSA AWSSC program. Also served as the Test Architect/Lead across a component of 200 resources to ensure enterprise-wide consistency of validation/test efforts for SSA’s disability processing applications.

Accomplishments/responsibilities:

• Responsibilities included planning, financial management, resource allocation and management, customer stakeholder management, risk management & quality control activities for a team of 22 engineers
• Served as the Test Architect/lead for the program
• Established and maintained the Test Automation architecture framework and Performance Test Framework
• Established and Implemented software test practices/plans, procedures and software certification processes for the Agency's disability processing systems

Served as the Test Lead/Architect for the Lockheed Martin team supporting the design, development and testing of the SSA disability systems on the AWSSC program.

Accomplishments/responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing project test requirements, determining technical solutions, work delegation, mentoring team members, evaluating new software test tools, representing the team in customer status meetings, and meeting deadlines and deliverable requirements
• Designed and Implemented the Test Automation and Performance Test frameworks
• Established test plans & strategy, oversaw the creation and execution of automated and manual test cases, & test data generation
