Served as the Company's Vice President of Corporate Growth. In this Corporate role, I managed the company's growth operations, led/orchestrated business development/opportunity pursuit and proposal operations life-cycle activities across several teams, including the account/portfolio, business development, competency practice, solution architecture, proposal development, contracts, and/or finance teams.   • Served as Capture Manager for the company's top captures/deals and successfully closed on several exceeding $60M

Served as the Program Manager (PM) on a software development contract initiative to assist the SSA disability program in disbursing more than $140 billion in payments annually, providing socio-economic security to more than 11 million disabled citizens. Prior to June 2014, I served as the Deputy PM & Operations Manager since the program started in Dec 2010. This customer/corporate focus initiative was a large-scale complex full cycle software development & Systems Integration program for a federal and state-level user community across 50 states and 4 territories representing around 30,000 users. The program included Fixed Price (FFP) & Labor Hour/T&M Task Orders under two different contracts - Disability Case Processing System (DCPS) with a ceiling of $200M and Information Technology Support Services Contract (ITSSC) with a ceiling of $2B. Accomplishments/responsibilities:

  • Successfully delivered on all P&L responsibilities across both contracts
  • Directed all program capture & proposal management efforts, resulting in the award of 24 Task orders
  • Developed and/or directed strategy (both strategic & tactical) for all key program events, including Congressional interests, media interests, customer & end-user interests & perceptions, deployment of Beta production software releases, the transition of work scope across contracts (DCPS to ITTSC), the performance of work scope across multiple contracts, subcontract/supplier management, etc
  • Oversaw organizational/team building and talent management. activities to recruit and maintain a high-performing team (210 - 280 staff) in a geographically distributed setting
  • Directed program start-up activities to ensure a green start and continued operations to stay green. Oversaw cost, schedule, contract performance, variance and risk analysis using EVM techniques. Partnered with the Global Supply Chain group to resolve subcontract management operational challenges
  • Delivered on critical corporate initiatives while handling program operations - Led a Lockheed Martin program management proposal processes from initiation to implementation leading to the award of a ~$150M contract with a brand new government customer

  • Met and/or exceeded all aspects of the Portfolio Task Order/Account commitments including P&L and capture/proposal management with teams ranging from 15 to 45 resources. Portfolio scope spanned software development, systems integration, and data center operations areas
  • Delivered on critical corporate initiatives while handling program operations - Led proposal operations teams on two successful large scale government contract wins (ceiling of $200 M and $2B each)
