  • As a TPM, leading multiple concurrent large-scale implementations of Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) as part of Digital transformation programs at Albertsons Safeway, I was responsible for end-to-end program management for new MFC launches and provide support post launch.
  • Other Projects managed and executed includes Recipe and Meals – a micro-website for recipes which allowed customers to shop for ingredients, Order Ahead – which allowed customers to place a Bakery and Deli orders and schedule a pick-up at the store, Wedding Flowers Micro-website – which allowed customers to place wedding flowers orders with direct shipment of the flowers from outside the country. I also lead the design of the Albertsons career website, integration with 3rd party SaS providers like Shopify and migration of Applications from PCF to AKS and Snowflake to Big Query.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Program Kick Off, launch plans, Staffing and Program financials.
  • Work with internal Albertsons Teams to manage dependencies with emphasis on eliminating roadblocks.
  • Work with external vendors regarding Integration touch points, API contracts and end-to-end test plans.
  • Working with DevOps and Enterprise Platform Teams to execute tasks required for the Projects/Programs
  • Work with key stakeholders in product management and business teams to define scope and requirements.
  • Obtain visibility into the upcoming launches to ensure clarity on the expected workload and the required resource capacity.
