The Behavior Consultant (BC) provides clinical oversight, assessment, and treatment planning for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and related behavioral health needs. The BC works collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote skill acquisition, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and support overall family functioning across home, school, and community settings.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, AFLS, FAST, MAS, and direct observations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans based on assessment findings
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to BHTs/RBTs and other direct support staff to ensure treatment fidelity
• Deliver parent/caregiver training focused on behavior management strategies, communication development, and skill generalization
