Dept. 711 3rd shift ,

Maintain a balanced team ,

Assists operation supervisors in coordinating and overseeing the activities of workers engaged in the packaging of product ,

Assigns workers to work stations as needed to meet production requirement,

establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules ( in consultation with operation supervisor) ,

Dept. 714 2nd shift ,

Maintains time and production records , prepares reports on attendance , productivity , quality and safety .

create a work plan by flexing labor as needed in the UCELL area to improve efficiency and productivity .

Including all of my duties as a press operator , i do all kind of mold changing set ups for Desma , Rep-intel inject , large format press for cold runner blocks and hot runner blocks .

in 2014 won Best Of The Best bright Idea by creating an adjustment in a mold producing part # P3001705OEM Front Cover Gasket due to reaching high limit of scrap daily when pulling the part from the mold in the edge causing the rubber to accumulate at the end of the part edge in a small pin area by eliminating the pin area and making it flat surface to run the rubber through resulting 60% of scrap reduction

in control of operating and troubleshooting all of the press machines in the molding group building including shuttle presses such as Desma , Rep , Intel Inject , large Format presses ,

Maintaining sustainable rate through the shift to achieve the daily goal requirement .
