Knowledgeable also with national organizations that govern deployment responsibilities such as the National Guard Bureau Readiness Center.

· Experienced in coordinating all administrative functions centering around the deployment process to include any correspondence traveling up and down the chain of command. Also, extensive knowledge within all data bases used to track a member’s readiness.

· Extensive networking skills that are required to ensure timely submissions of required documentation and any training requirements needed to qualify members for both domestic and worldwide mission sets.

· Experienced using classified reporting systems such as AFIT, DRRS and DCAPES to report unit deployment health.

· Experienced managing multi-faceted programs related to deployment and personnel functions and delegating work in these areas to responsible personnel as well as seeing the process to its fruition. An example is the latest deployment whereas I delegated seven members as area leads in the respective areas of operation. I led and directed these leaders to the respective data sources needed to fulfill the mission set.
