Oversee all operations including survey, permitting, installation and inspections. Work closely with AHJs and Utilities to ensure jobs meet local and national electric codes and standards. Create a culture of positivity, quality, and success. Work with Customers to resolve concerns or questions. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost effective.

Coordinate solar service and electrical technicians are set up for success. Ensure materials or ordered for upcoming projects. Review scopes of work and ensure permitting and utilities are correct. Perform field work as needed. Provide training on local and national electrical codes to ensure projects are up to current standards.

Manage and work with crews to ensure proper and accurate install of solar arrays and electrical. Perform training as needed to update the skills of crew members. Work with Operations Manager to ensure jobs are completed and quotas are met efficiently.
