Assure customer satisfaction by providing industry leading support. Provide direct troubleshooting, repair, and support to machine control customers. Utilize customer relationships to improve the customer’s perception of dealership, people, products, and services. Work together with the entire dealership team to ensure all our customers are satisfied. Assist current sales force in further penetrating the machine control market. Provide expertise on various machine control systems and applications. Assist in performing machine control demonstration by ensuring calibration and software is correct and ready to perform. Provide expertise to customers as it relates to issues and problems with machine control systems. Safely operate, monitor and control plant conditions and equipment by checking pressures, flows, valves, temperatures and various equipment readings throughout the plant. Perform lock-out tag-out procedures when repairing plant equipment. Perform chemistry testing on boiler water and cooling systems. Trouble shoot, identify, and correct chemical injection system problems Qualified to operate Front End Loader, Forklift, LULL's and other heavy duty machinery's. Maintained Standards of Procedures when it comes to preventative maintenance, reported any discrepancies to management and assisted in resolving issues.
