Held multiple positions as Fleet Operations Manager, Engagement Manager, and Senior Combat Vehicle Technician. Delivered mission-critical technical support, outstanding customer service, process standardization, continuous improvement and engagement management best practices to the Royal Thai Army's 11th Infantry Division in Thailand. Managed service schedules, unscheduled maintenance, and supply and equipment allocation. Tracked orders and supplies to ensure timely delivery and limited downtime. Managed internal data collecting platforms, and forged relationships with local vendors. Conducted strategic planning and forecasting; resolved issues; and addressed logistical needs.
Provided leadership and expertise to 15 level I/II service technicians and performed advanced diagnosis, scheduled service, and repair of cellular communications site equipment, throughout the U.S. Interpreted complex electronic and electrical diagrams and schematics, and troubleshot and repaired electronic components, hydraulic, pneumatic, and motorized components, and diesel engines. Provided unparalled customer support in the field. Partnered with management and stakeholders on development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Developed and enforced safety procedures. Provided guidance and created training programs for field technicians and site operators. Managed field operations and service advisories and schedules.
· Increased project profitability by more than $650,000 by successful, first time repair of over 8,000 cellular communication sites, as well as limiting the amount of return warranty work over an 18 month period.
· Completed the Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA) Advanced Course, bringing enhanced expertise to the field.
