
Worked doing service parts, where the job was to find what parts were needed, to fulfill seat bus chair orders and pack them. Including shipping them out at the end of the day, or delivering them in house. Parts were located all around the building even leading up to the third floor. Most times I had to problem solve to figure out where they are located, sometimes having to communicate with my team for help as-well. Even though most times they were coming to me for help, with packing them up or asking me to get the parts they needed for seats. Working there I became a dynamic professional with a proven track record at Freedman Seating, excelling in customer service and problem-solving. I work very well with computers, after being shown what to do, I excel in grasping things quickly with technology. Also problem solving is a accomplishment of mine, if it is a problem and I solve it makes me feel good.
