  • IT Project Manager serving in capacity of InProSure Service Provider to Porsche Cars, NA. Led organization in multiple projects critical to Porsche’s Digital Transformation efforts
  • Zycus Procure to Pay software - Successfully led implementation and integration of SaaS software that transformed Porsche’s Accounts Payable and Procurement departments from manual invoicing to digitized environment that currently handles over 40,000 invoices per year. Effort included integration of back-end SAP environment working with resources located globally in multiple countries.
  • Warehouse Shipping Solution - Implementation of SaaS based application called FreightPop that replaced JD Edwards Parcel application. This logistics software used to manage optimal shipping path for packages sent from Porsche’s three (3) NA Parts warehouses
  • Led RFP to evaluate and Avaya Telephony Support and Migration
  • Led RFP to evaluate and select vendor to assume day to day support of Porsche’s Avaya Telephony environment. Successfully led project in transition to enhanced level of support from newly contracted third party vendor. Also developed business case to migrate phone system to Avaya Cloud-based system as Phase 2 of same project
  • Voucher system - Implementation of Web Based application to allow dealers to electronically redeem customer provided vouchers for Porsche cars, repairs, or merchandise
  • OneStream – Implementation of SAP-based Accounting based reconciliation and consolidation software designed to streamline and improve efficiencies within accounting group
  • Microsoft Exchange 365 Online – Currently in-process to support PCNA in migration from on-prem Exchange environment to MS Exchange Online.
