-I have worked for Datavant for almost 6 years. I worked as a CRS for 3 years. Was promoted to a SR CRS in April 2022 where I train and work closely with new CRS's. Where I do a step-by-step training for pre site, on site and post site work.
-In April of 2023 I was given the opportunity to do more training with the CRS's in the new hire classes as a SME. While doing this job I helped to revamp the new hire Power Point by bringing it up to date.
-I have worked on the HEDIS QA project for 2 years in a row doing audits for the remote processors.
-I also work in the Outreach department to fill in when things are slow.
-I have made all the transitions with these positions smoothly by learning all the necessary changes with programs and the job requirements.
-I am knowledgeable in many EMR systems. And am able to find my way through systems that I am not familiar with.

- On my travels I would close out areas that I worked by doing all ORG's that were available in the area at the time.
