Duties as an extraction and infusion technician are for executing extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging plans in keeping with the company's operating procedures for cannabis production. Technicians conduct the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle, including packaging, and labeling of cannabis for our customers.


Laboratory duties included learning the extraction process to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production and performed a broad range of duties related to day-to-day operations and production of oil. That includes the preparation of solutions, supplies, materials and equipment, cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities and the proper and safe use of equipment and materials.


Kitchen duties included having the basic knowledge of all daily operations in an edible and cannabis infused kitchen. Assisting in the preparing of food items and other culinary activities as directed by the kitchen manager. Performed routine cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and operating all equipment safely in its intended manner.

Agricultural Police Officers are sworn peace officers of the Department of Agriculture. Officers ensure compliance with all State agricultural laws and regulations in the protection of public health, safety, property, and commerce. Officers are trained Category I peace officers in accordance with requirements established by the Nevada Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).


Duties and primary focus as a regulatory officer and or inspector are the protection of public safety, protection of livestock owners from theft or loss of livestock through roadway patrol and detailed investigation and enforcement of all agricultural laws with a road interdiction program to prevent the ingress and egress of agricultural products that have not met the mandated requirements of plant or animal health, and livestock identification.


Along with regulating the livestock identification and inspection division, officers are also tasked with testing, inspection, and regulatory compliance for the commercial feed registration program and also assist the departments other divisions when regulatory compliance is required. This includes the divisions of Animal Industry, Plant Industry, Consumer Equitability and Food and Nutrition. As a Correctional Officer, I established safety and security within a maximum-security prison which housed offenders. I supervised all offender movement and performed routine security checks in both housing units and on institutional grounds throughout the state.

As an inspector, I conducted these inspections and preliminary pest identifications under the guide of the station manager and supervisors on duty and was assigned the general upkeep and maintenance of the inspection station as needed. All duties were completed in a timely and safe manner with regard to traffic flow and patterns for inspector safety.
