I have accumulated 10 years experience in networking. During that time I have learned and honed my craft enough to teach the future generation of soldiers on how to operate and care of the equipment we use. I have an insatiable yearn for knowledge in this field and am constantly learning something new everyday to make myself and the organization better. As a Senior Network Operator, I am accomplished in running large and complex company networks with minimal user disruption. Familiar with all types of network components, systems and peripheral devices. Motivated to help users resolve technical difficulties and instrumental in keeping network operating smoothly.

• Army Commendation Medal, 11/2022, Army, Awarded for helping the organization train its junior network engineers. Fixing 6 network nodes that were essential to the army for communications.
• Army Achievement Medal, 04/2018, Army, For deploying to Qatar and Bahrain, keeping a well maintained network with minimal loss in connectivity.
• Army Achievement Medal, 10/2021, Army, Awarded for having the best kept help desk when surprise inspections arose.
• Good Conduct Medal, 11/2023, Army, Awarded every 3 years for having no adverse actions or negative issues. I have 3 of them making that 9 total years.
• Professional Development Ribbon, 11/2020, Army, Awarded when promoted to a Non-Commissioned Officer and attending the required school.
