Summary

Throughout my years in ministry, I have developed patience in dealing with children and families that have different personalities and needs. I also became very invested in each of those families.

Also, in all 3 ministry jobs, I was very connected to the communities that I was in, serving in the Ministerial Alliance, subbing in the school system, and being a part of other community organizations.

Here in Salado, I was in the Salado Lion's Club for 12 years, serving as President for 2 years and I was a member of the board for 11 years. I was also part of the Mentor Program for several years and I also served on that board. For the past 2 years, I have taught private tennis lessons and I have help camps for high school, middle school, and elementary the past 2 Summers.

I was in charge of worship. I coordinated our small group ministry. I worked with our young families. I coordinated our adult education and children's education. I corresponded with our missionaries. I preached in our minister's absence. I worked with our youth group.

Youth Minister and Pulpit Minister

For two years, I was the Youth Minister, handling all youth classes and activities. I was also in charge of worship and I preached in the minister's absence.

For the next 6 years, I was the pulpit minister, preaching all sermons, teaching Bible classes, and I was in charge of the worship.

I have a wonderful wife, Mary McIntosh who is the new Salado High School and Middle School choir teacher, and three terrific kids: Titus, who is a Junior music major at Angelo State, Bethany who will be a Junior here in Salado, and Selah who is going into 6th grade here in Salado We spend as much quality time together as family as we possibly can

I am also an avid sports fan I love just about every single sport, but tennis and golf are my very favorites

I love being outdoors Sitting on my patio grilling and listening to music is my "happy place"
