- Collaborate with customers and/or contractors for all scenarios resulting in needing the system removed.
- Working with solar permits, Inspections, site surveys, and the solar design process (DSR).
- Communicating with customers, setting expectations for appointment dates and times.
- Working directly with Sunrun crews managing their jobs for removals, reinstalls, operations & management, and damages related work orders.
- De-escalating customers who have had solar-related damage and changing the experience with amazing service.
- Managing drive times for jobs and checking work orders have accurate time and scope of work.
- Assessing system production and determining if there are any issues.
- Dispatching work outside of Sunrun to 3rd party companies.
- Adjusting any quotes or costs when deemed necessary.
- Using outside sources, like Docusign for documents needing approval. ex. Approval documents for customers, design approval, or quotes.
