

My career in the Sign Industry has provided me with the knowledge and appreciation of what is required to be an affective manager and team member in an industry that can be extremely rewarding with hard work and perseverance. Starting as an installer and service tech was then able to advance into sales. Procured both regional and national customers with many becoming long term clients. Worked to establish a network of sub contractors in many areas handling processes from permitting to installations while building positive customer relationships. Performing project and program management for many years to support my sales accounts and began training designers to become successful project managers as the industry progressed into those areas of post sales assistance to the sales teams. In management worked daily with all departments to achieve the level of service and time frames our customers expect and deserve. Building great teams with enthusiasm of our industry and problem solving has been my favorite inspirations that have kept me focused and best prepared for any position that required my knowledge and expertise.
