- Provides ‘first-tier' support for any condition related to th performance, routine management to Grove's desktop computers
- Providing in-person A/V support for virtual and on-site services, conferences, Pastor/Church Anniversary programs and other events as necessary
- Interact with Grove Church staff regularly throughout each week to ensure end-user workflow is optimized
- Maintain overall effectiveness of Grove's media presence, as well as the technical health, stability, maintenance of Grove's network and media systems
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, contractors and ministry volunteers
- Coordinates efforts of vendors for maintenance or problem solving (Layerg, Coastal, ESI, Xerox.
