As an Administrative Coordinator, demonstrating leadership involves more than just managing tasks; I have encompassed guiding, motivating, and influencing others to achieve organizational goals effectively. Also my leadership role was expanded by volunteering every weekend at Seeds of Paradise Food Pantry. I organized all the foods and supplies for those in need. I managed the Pantry's store and oversaw the register. I worked the food pantry till its closure in late November of 2017. While volunteering at the food pantry I had the opportunity to work with kids and teens, I became a confidant to them. From April 2013 to September 2013 I participated in an internship at Orlando Regional Medical Center. I was asked to intern at the hospital for Occupational Therapy. I specifically worked in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. At my time in the internship I worked closely with young children that had different types of disabilities. Helping kids improve their fine motor skills was challenging but very rewarding. I quite enjoyed my time interning.
I participated in Valencia college art shows and have submitted several pieces of art.
