  • Wrote New Dispatch Manual: Assisted in writing and implementing a new Humboldt County Dispatch Training Manual for future dispatch trainees.
  • Class III Asbestos Certified: Received training on Asbestos removal for Operations and Maintenance. Received the certification and will be obtaining a certification for an Asbestos Supervisor in July2024.
  • Nevada P.O.S.T Dispatcher Certification: In2020, I became the first dispatcher within Humboldt to become a certified Nevada P.O.S.T Dispatcher. This led to the entire dispatch center becoming P.O.S.T certified.

  • Bowling: I am deeply passionate about bowling. It has taught me how to be mentally strong and focus on more than one thing at a time.
  • Mentorship and Coaching Advocacy: Mentoring and developing the fundamentals of all types of skills of individuals. It is a very humbling feeling to watch someone you have been helping develop more of their talents succeed.
