  • Took over the largest volume store in Montana $13M
  • Quickly recognized low performance talent and brought in an ASM with store management experience to get control over operations and our stock team while I focused on the front end and customer service
  • Managed the team based on Ross processes and hired for business needs, decreasing payroll and increasing productivity
  • Customer service metrics jumped 14% from 2024 to 2025 from an 82% to now 94%
  • Lead my first Ross inventory with results pending however being understaffed we still completed self scanning inventory in a timely manner
  • Promoted 4 internals to leadership positions and hired over 30 employees within 5 months

  • Communicated with all customers via Gorgias and maintained SOPs. 
  • Was given the task of taking over Wholesale, Logistics on top of my original role 2 weeks into my new job.

  • Led 3 locations, 2 mens stores and 1 womens store within Montana. Built 2 new teams from the ground up including SMs, while exceeding Downtown Bozeman Sales trends. Promoted 4 sales associates into leadership roles within 2 locations.
  • Hosted store meetings, in store clinics, events, weekly conference calls and 1:1 conversations, reviews, donations, inventory, HR and scheduling for 2 out of 3 locations.

RSM (RETAIL SALES MANAGER)

  • RSM of Softgoods and Footwear. Managed 15 associates and 2 sales leads. This department generated more than 50% sales within the store.
  • Helped hired 7 associates while with the company for various departments. Onboarded all 7. Developed 1 sales lead to be an RSM. Conducted quarterly 1:1 performance reviews. 
  • In charge of product training, stockroom organization, visual merchandising, and in charge of Continuous Improvement Program. Lead January's inventory before moving to Bozeman and onboarding with a new employer.

  • Accomplishments 2021: 51% EBIDA; 49% profit margins, 38% conversion, 97% CRM, #1 sales volume and profitability in Mid-Atlantic district. 
  • Increased customer service ratings through NPS and then Delighted from a 75% to a 97% within 2 years. My primary focus is always the people, my team and especially my customers.  
  • My final year with the company I helped staff, onboarded 2 full teams at the Atlanta boutiques. Onboarded and trained 3 GM's and over 13 associates while running my location successfully from a distance.
