I work with the IDMe verifying identifications of out clients. We are contracted to verify clients from the irs, ssa, va, various colleges, various unemployment agencies and insurances, as well as medical doctors for their clients. WE handle decisions of wether documents are fraudulent or not and making sure they are handled appropriately if they are flagged for fraud or social engineering. I worked through the end of tax season verifying hundreds of clients per day and was in the top 35 out of over 160 members of our team. I work efficiently to get our clients verified for their integrations. My average handle time for documents is 35 seconds and in person calls with or without troubleshooting is an average of four minutes. I thrive in a fast paced work environment and love to help people. Troubleshooting is relatively easy for me and I am a fast learner. I try and put people at ease when handling their sensitive information ensuring them that their personal information is secure and safe. I take security very seriously with my job. I love being able to help people and make clients smile if I can during these stressful processes.

  • I was responsible for many different tasks depending on the events. For sporting events I could be at the door taking tickets and keeping count of how many people entered the arena as well as ensure items coming in were allowed to make entry with patrons or I could be in a designated section ready available to guide people to their seats or assist in however they needed. I was also part of a small team in special events that assisted patrons for entry and sign in for V.I.P. experiences. For concerts I could be working security for the band outside at their busses or in the dressing rooms or handling patrons and their needs out on the floor. I was also part of a team that ensured pre setup was done and in place for that event before doors opened to guests as well as the arena or stadium was cleaned up and organized after the event ended. Our team also ensured any vendors had clear instructions on where they could be during the event for safety and best sales opportunities for them. I was put where they needed someone that evening after I clocked in at the office and checked in with my manager. This was an enjoyable job I was able to do around my full time college schedule.
