Compassionate and driven Human Services student building a solid foundation in counseling, advocacy, addiction recovery, and community outreach. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations through advocacy, education, and restorative practices. Eager to build a career focused on youth, families, and systems change while cultivating a unique writing voice exploring the shift from survival to living, the strength in vulnerability, and the deeper themes of healing, resilience, and the human experience.
I am completing my Associate in Applied Science in Human Services at the College of DuPage this summer. I will begin the Bachelor of Arts in Human Services through the COD–National Louis University 3+1 program in Fall 2026. I originally began in the Addictions Counseling track and later transitioned into the Human Services Generalist pathway to broaden my training and expand my work across diverse populations. My academic and professional focus centers on advocacy, rehabilitation, and restorative justice, with long‑term goals of working within the juvenile justice system and in family and juvenile court services to support youth and families navigating complex systems. I am also developing my voice as a writer, with aspirations to publish work exploring healing, resilience, and the human experience.
