I have enjoyed both of my past jobs because I was able to combine efforts with my coworkers and make our service for our customers better together. At Ned's Krazy Subs, I was able to learn how to problem solve with your team to keep a stable work environment. I developed the skills to provide good, helpful service to customers. I took that knowledge to my next job at Salad and Go, and developed it even more. Here, I was a trainer for new team members. By helping teach and train new workers, I learned how to be a good leader. I was able to aid and direct workers to perform their jobs to the best of their ability. Truly, I love helping people in all senses. Whether that be communicating with team members or providing service to customers, I enjoy helping others.
