I have worked in multiple outlets during my time at Three Rivers Casino & Resort. Primarily in the food and beverage department working as a food server and bartender in both Blue Bills and Bonfire. Here I have performed excellent customer service, working in a fast paced and busy environment. Handling orders and multi-tasking while giving guest service. Opening and closing duties, handling payments, processing orders, preparing some food items as well as working behind the bar. I have fine dining experience as well as catering to VIP's.

During my time at Boba Flo I primarily worked opening shifts. This included the responsibility of prepping certain food items, making sure equipment was turned on and functioning before opening for business and double checking our stock. I would greet customers at drive up window as well as serving customers at front desk, preparing beverages such as espresso drinks, smoothies, infused beverages and milk tea. I handled payments and occasionally did closing duties as well, which included breaking everything down, cleaning the lobby, distributing tips with my coworkers, counting the til, and also restocking items for the next business day.

Handled high-pressure situations with composure, managing large parties or unexpected events during busy shifts. Effectively communicate with both front of house, back of house and management staff. Taking to-go orders via phone and booking reservations. Setting and clearing tables, refilling beverages, running food orders and answering customer questions about hours, seating and menu information.
