Accomplishments

I started at Dollar Tree as a seasonal cashier at Christmas time November 2012.

My Store Manager asked me to stay on after the season. She encouraged and mentored me to become a store manager. I worked my way up to Store Manager, and now I have been a Store Manager for 8 years.

I have managed 2 store location for Dollar Tree. The first location I won Top Gun, I increased my store sales percentage higher than any other store in my District.

The second location I took and my current location, I am the MST which is a Store Manager Trainnier. I have been doing this for the last 5 years.

I have also mentored 2 assocates that have become store managers and 5 assocates that were promted to Assistant Manager for other stores.
