• Processing duties for Non-citizens (NCs) including

fingerprint & photograph fresh arrested NCs requiring ICE

Processing.

• Scan A-files into the ICE share drive.
• EARM ICE database case reviews (review for required case actions, staff NC replies.
• Duties normally assigned to ICE Enforcement and Removal assistants (ERA).
• Immigration Court duties such as LOP reports and assist with facility court officers as needed, with administrative assignments and security.
• Daily liaison duties by gathering daily NC requests and responding to them, tracking down missing property and funds, completing weekly liaison reports, and in person NC communication.
• Assist in coordination NC transportation, perform identification checks for NC booking in and out verification, as well as completing transfer summaries.
• Gather information needed for ICE Deportation Officers (DOs) to secure Bond or Post Order Custody Review releases and confirm identification for the DOs final review and determination.
• Travel duties, including loading information into ICE database eTD, creating packets for removal of NCs, coordinating consulate interviews, and ICE form I-205 identity verification and fingerprint.
• Maintained an ICE detained case docket.
• Processed Parole Request.
• Managed cases in Final Order status.

• Supervise and monitor Immigration and Customs Enforcement non-citizens (NCs) in living, recreation, dining, and visitation areas.
• Coordinate NCs movement, conduct counts, and provide emergency response if necessary.
• Conduct shakedowns for contraband and confiscated prohibited items.
• Provide assistance to NCs who have been injured, are ill, or suffer trauma.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs and maintain a clean facility.
• Transport NCs to appointments and hospital trips.
• Provide security for Immigration Court proceedings and escorts.
• Coordinate release and removal processes for NCs after a determination has been made regarding custody.

Cleaning equipment

general cleaning or equipment operations.

• Handling chemicals and ensuring MSDS protocols are

followed.

• Operates production equipment, labelers, trimmers,

palletizers, stretch wrappers, banding machines, and other

equipment.
