Customer service, food preparation and barista experience across a group of Bronte beachside cafes including Pure Bronte Burgers, Salina's, Jenny's, and Acai by the Beach. Throughout the course of duties, I was able to:

• Through prior work experience as a Crew Coach at Mcdonald's Bondi Junction Westfield, I have gained many skills relevant to lead a positive and streamlined environment for myself and surrounding crew
• Through the experience of customer service, I have gained communication and interpersonal abilities allowing patience and conflict resolution skills in contrasting circumstances, in order to achieve desired results
• The obtaining of barista and food preparation skills has allowed me to maintain a clean, careful and professional environment whilst serving food and hot beverages
• Multitasking, time management and leadership capabilities have also been procured through the practice of training new employees to understand roles and responsibilities, alongside the fostering of team collaboration
