In my time as a Security Officer, I was the first point of contract for customers entering the facility. I enjoyed the daily interactions, while maintaining professionalism. I conducted use of several technological devices, such as, x-ray machines and magnetometers. Additionally, I would conduct regular patrols of key areas to guarantee quality of the facility. Often times, I would act quickly in emergency situations to maintain the public's safety. In my time in the position, I enjoyed serving and supporting the public and Judicial staff.

As a Children's Department Supervisor, I provided efficient and courteous customer service to all. I had the opportunity to manage and maintain floor plans, merchandise and ensure that my staff was prepared for their shift. I would often assist with the Customer Service desk, registers and unloaded/sorting of children's department merchandise. The component I enjoyed most about this position was the relationships I built with my staff.
