I keep records of inmates money coming into cash accounting. Log amount inmate's name, date and how much on excel spreadsheet. I reconcile for the day. I have over 30 years of cash handling. I update inmate's files or release and/or sentence in our database which is office management systems by using secured odyssey public access. I make sure all case numbers match what's in Odyssey. I know how to read any oscar signed off by a judge. I ensure all paperwork is correct. I research and analyze all cases. I have released and have done paperwork for a bond release.

I visited Inmates in pods, having them look over plea deals from attorneys. I ordered supplies for our Social Service Case Workers. I know SAP app. I stayed within budget. I played a crucial role in supporting department management by organizing various administrative tasks. I am attentive to details.

Worked in all increment of weather. Customer service and cash handling. I made up banks for the next day. Balanced out the safe and till. Attention ti details. Able to work without a supervisor. I worked at all 4 locations mini trash sites for solid waste.

I did payroll and disciplined about 25 employees. I have cash handling experience. Control of tge store money including register counts, withdrawsfrom bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change from bank and picked up. I did inventory and resets, and displays.
