I started in the Iset commercial call center helping members by explaining their benefits for medical and pharmacy, in addition to educating how claims are processed. I located providers in their network and confirmed provider status. I was promoted to MHPS in July, 2023. I currently assist Mayo and Mayo VIP, MHPS and Geo-X members with their benefits, pharmacy and claims by educating and explaining for questions asked pertaining to their request, as well as outreach to other departments and providers to resolve issues. I utilize our medica.com find a doctor to confirm provider network status. I prepare requests for all forms and member materials that are needed by the member. I collaborated and assisted on the COB project with the SDS application, in addition to working on and completing the PA entry project. I have achieved and exceeded an above passing level for all monthly/yearly stats required. I have received the HEARD excellence call and Spotlight Award for going above and beyond by helping our members. I have been awarded Quality All Stars from the time I started in the MHPS center to current for providing excellent service.
