I have 19yrs of experience as a 911 dispatcher, during this time I have also assisted with records duties. I know how to make court packets for the DA's office. I also do vehicle releases, report releases to the public and insurance companies, cite sign off's, ink fingerprinting, enter vehicles, stolen property and missing persons into the CLETS system. I'm also trained in other records related tasks. I've also trained new dispatchers, completed their evaluations on time and turned in daily. I've also trained admin staff In dispatch since at times we have had a shortage of dispatchers. I'm also a certified dispatch trainer, the course took place at the San Jose Police department In December of 2024. Im also holding the position as board member of the Shafter Police Officers Association since 2015 holding the position of secretary.
