  • I was the main guy running the show. I over saw 76 Apartments. I did everything from taking an apartment down to the studs to fully renovating the unit for move in ready, was on call 24hrs, I also sub contracted out the work that need to be done with big equipment and ran those project. I handle 60 apartments and 16 Air bnbs. I do all the maintenance and showings as well. I work very hard to make sure all the tenants are happy and taken care.
