The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for selecting, preparing, and staging merchandise for member pickup and delivery orders. This role ensures orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with BJ’s standards for quality and member service. Associates use handheld scanners, pick lists, and stocking tools to locate products throughout the club, verify item accuracy, and prepare orders for fulfillment. The position also supports inventory integrity by reporting stock issues, assisting with replenishment, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Order Fulfillment Associates may interact directly with members during curbside pickup, providing friendly and timely service.

The Party/Team Lead at Sky Zone supports daily park operations, ensures a safe and fun environment, and helps deliver great guest experiences — especially during birthday parties, events, and busy periods. The role involves supervision, hands-on participation, guest interaction, and operational support across departments (party rooms, courts, front desk, café, etc.).
