My name is Grant Porter, I'm from O'Fallon, MO. Throughout my life I have always been a great student. I graduated with above a 4.4 weighted GPA, along with Summa Cum Laude honors. I was able to be Honor Roll every semester of High School. I played Varsity Lacrosse for a little bit. I've always been a persistent and determined person, whether that was with school, work, or sports. I was Employee of the Quarter for my job due to my hardworking nature. Through school and my job I became good at working as a team, I'm open to all ideas and will listen to the options given. By working at my job I was able to get good communication skills as well. Now I'm in the Aerospace program at the University of Kansas hoping to become an Aerospace Engineer, where hopefully all the skills I've acquired over the years can help me be successful.
