Accomplishments
During the time I worked at Student Accounts, I processed over US$50,000,000.00 in students refunds, with a average error rate of only .1% Errors were all rectified immediately thereafter.
In the Spring semester of 2020 alone, when COVID restrictions were first enforced by the government, I processed over US$6,000,000.00 in students refunds, with 100% accuracy. The university had to reimburse adjusted housing costs to all students who had been told to leave the dorms and go study from home.
In addition, I developed and helped implement 3 new processes for both Student Accounts and the ESL Program. Upon being introduced, the new processes optimized workflows, streamlined procedures and abolished unnecessary and non-compliant steps.
