• Inspiring Homilies: Preach engaging, relevant, and thought-provoking homilies that connect scripture to everyday life.
• Sacramental Ministry: Celebrate Mass with reverence, administer the sacraments regularly, and be available for Confession and Anointing of the Sick.
• Prayer and Devotion: Encourage Eucharistic Adoration, the Rosary, and other devotional practices.
• Catechesis and Faith Formation: Lead Bible studies, RCIA programs, and catechism classes to deepen parishioners’ understanding of the faith.
• Celebrate Cultural Diversity: Recognize and integrate various

cultural traditions into parish life.

Use Modern Communication: Utilize social media, parish youth programs websites, canva, excell and newsletters to keep the parish community informed and engaged.

Encourage Evangelization: Motivate parishioners to share their faith and invite others to the Church.

Integrate my Theological and Pastoral Education into Parish life: Updating faith formation groups like men rosary, youth and young adults, parish nuns on Church teachings and pastoral strategies.

• Taught grade 12/ Senior six students in Uganda’s secondary schools and prepared them for national exams
• Collaborated with fellow priests in helping mold and form the young generation by accompanying them on their faith-journey
• Formed education and resource-based teams in the district to conduct educational seminars to ensure that all schools in the region learn from each other
• And through these support-based teams, classroom teachers and the school institutions benefitted from the initiative
• Achievements: advanced the performance levels in the region in the national exams, there was a steady improvement in the moral and spiritual lives of the students
