  • Hearthstone is a 27-hole course with 3 main rotations; because of this, the rotations needed to be built new for each day's tee sheet. Primarily responsible for assembling each day's tee sheet, including blocking times for events, alloting time for courses to rotate into each other, reserving tee times for special guests, etc.
  • Primary manager for Outdoor Services Staff. This includes interviewing and hiring, ensuring staff is staying on-task without directly micro-managing, resolving staff complains/conflicts, performing the duties as needed to fill in gaps, taking shifts when employees call out, etc.
  • Assisted in the operation of tournaments. The course has at least three tournaments each month, often more, for various associations. Managed scoring tables, posting of scores on scoreboards both electronically and on paper, and starting tee times by announcing players and sending them off.
