SALES ENGINEER
- Pre-Sales Technical and Architectural Engineering for backup and disaster recovery software
- Conduct remote and onsite technical engagements to understand customer requirements and facilitate architecture or solution discussions
- Perform multiple technical presentations and product demos daily on how our software and services can meet customer needs
- Analyzing customer requirements and develop a fully integrated solution to meet the customer requirements
- Establish relationships with account team, partners and customers through technical assistance and on-going product training and support them through sales cycle
- Liaison for sales team with Product and Engineering teams from customer feedback
- Work with team to qualify sales opportunities
- Making sure that they have the best fitting product to meet the needs of the company
- Participate and present at conferences, tradeshows and events as needed
- Technical advisor to customers and internal resources on products and processes
- Leading technical sales calls and qualify sales opportunities based on customer's needs.
