* Verification of patient demographics and financial info/initials including patient signature post venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that name on the label is correct

* Contract work with various medical offices where I did specimen collection according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, etc.)

* Completing all data entry requirements accurately including patient registration, entry of tests order from requisition or pulling orders from database

* Specimen collection, labeling, centrifuging, splitting and freezing specimens as required by test ordered

• Position required face – to – face interaction with insurance applicants
• managed high volume of calls for scheduling/rescheduling exams or specialized testing and confirming exams
• Answer any inquires that the client may have or requests that insurance company requires
• Interviewing client (Medical history, social history, family history, etc.); completing paperwork, data entry, scanning and uploading to company database; obtain vital signs, specimen collections, labeling specimen, processing specimen for transportation

• My mother was having serious health issues so I jumped in and started taking care of her and getting her moved in with me – Unfortunately - she passed of metastatic melanoma stage IV on Feb 26, 2020

• Worked with volunteers, resource donors, and other social agencies executing all orders from clinic physicians including those for specialty consultations, procedures, tests, outpatient rehabilitation, emergency treatment and hospital admissions
• Initiated MS Excel program to track all the requests for referrals and processing physicians’ orders for referrals to specialist and when referrals were processed (Increased referrals up to 24%/monthly)
