  • Performs and/or manages return to Title IV calculations, credit balances determination, grant recalculations and ineligible disbursements procedures. Ensures the accurate calculation and timely processing of all refunds.
  • Maintains accurate loan repayment and borrower status records, and fully implements the School's default management program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Financial Aid.
