• Prepared and grilled hamburgers, chopped steaks, shrimp, redfish, catfish & trout & shrimp. Also did fry cooking as well as char grill cooking ribeye steaks, filet mignon & sirloins. Also cooked ribs on pellet grill & have experience with crawfish boils. Also have experience in prepping.
• Maintained cleanliness of flat top grill, char grill & crawfish area & their work stations
• Worked with kitchen staff to streamline food preparation processes.
• Monitored cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety compliance & to customer preferences.

Duties & responsibilities with the exception of crawfish boil were exactly the same as what I did at the Cracked Crab. The Empressario Trail closed & was owned by same employer who owned the Cracked Crab.
