  • Collaborated with 1 technician and our F.TS. in the development of a sectioning procedure for model Y inner wheelhouse
  • Have coached and mentored many of the younger technicians
  • before I worked at tesla I was in charge of developing a research project on doing sectioning of ultra high strength steel on chryslers B pillers To save repair cost this was at Tech-Cor collision & research center which was owned by allstste ins.co.
  • the above project consisted of 3 different dodge darts , we developed a joint attaching process using a different style of
  • bonding for each car . We then did the repairs and completely put the car back together and shipped to IIHS for crash testing. All 3 passed with flying colors . the head of chryslers collision program took all the info back for the lawyers review unfortantly I never found out if the procedure was ever implemented
  • at tesla I have coached and mentored 3 technicians that are now team leads
