• Served as the ERO Case officer managing a portion of a docket of approximately 33,000 removable non-citizens, including those in removal proceedings and non-citizens on orders of supervision, post removal order.
• Conducted at-large arrests of non-citizens on orders of recognizance, alternatives to detention, and orders of supervision for whom ICE custody has been determined necessary.

• Monitored the ACRIMe database for persons arrested by state and local law enforcement agencies to determine their immigration status, criminal record, and identify any possible grounds for removal.

• Collaborated with ICE’s travel management service, Omega World Travel, to book travel arrangements for foreign nationals and their escorting ICE officers in accordance with agency policies and foreign governmental removal guidelines.

• Drafted Post Order Custody Reviews in accordance with established agency and legal guidelines for complex removal cases.
• After referring fear-claim cases to USCIS, I prepared and served charging documents for credible and reasonable fear cases and interviewed detainees to make custody redeterminations and parole decisions.
