I currently run 2 Hurcos the VMX42 ( known as our old Hurco), and the SWI60 ( the New Hurco). I do most of the training on the machines for new employees. I do the Ball Bar and Calibration on the New Hurco and will do the same on the old then the program is completed. I worked hand in hand with the previous engineer to set up and make changes to the new machine so it will run more efficiently. I work hand in hand with engineering on new and old programs. I work have worked with the other half on me department so i can Expand my parts that come off the machines. I use hand tools when needed like hand sanders, hand router, dremels etc..
While in MR I would Created core components for engine cowlings to make engine cowlings for Spirit. I bonded core and then would Performed repairs according to specifications. I got my QD stamp so i could inspect final parts that would be sent to customers.
