I currently am the owner of a residential construction company in upstate NY. I started in the industry when I was in high school, Prior to running my own company I grew up working part time with other residential contractors. I am now 24 years old and have grown the company immensely over the past 5 years. We build custom residential homes as well as complex remodeling of residential homes. In addition are a custom tile contractor. I operate with 5 full time employees and multiple part time employees. I am fully responsible for all responsibilities from start to finish such as customer relations, project planning, permitting, inspections, quality control, time management, cost management, and site management. In addition I am in full control of overall business operations. Below are a few of many tasks Ive conducted throughout my time in the trade.
