After performing in the Broadway production of 'Les Miserable' in New York City I came to Los Angeles and began working at Off Vine Restaurant. Starting as a server, I was promoted within seven years to Special Events Director and General Manager to ultimately co-owner and vice-president of the company.
I Cultivated and strengthened lasting client relationships using strong issue resolution and dynamic communication skills.

I hired, trained, coached, and mentored a team of 20 including bussers, expediters, runners, and servers to promoted manager positions in an upscale-casual dining environment serving American/California cuisine with wine and beer
I led the 'front of house' team in a multi-dining room venue with the capacity of 150+ guests as the administrator to 'Resy' and 'Open Table' reservation platform and 'Micros' and 'Toast' point of sale system.
