  • Direct internal operations within the athletic department, collaborate with AD on all aspects of the budget. Advise the Director of Athletics on all issues related to internal operations and make recommendations when there are significant capital or financial impacts.
  • Direct oversight and management of ten direct reports including:
  • Director of Compliance and all activities related to NCAA, OVC, PFL and institutional rules and regulations. Establish and maintain compliance and education for the department and as applicable, the University and its constituents.
  • Assistant Director of Athletics for Ticketing and Facilities and all activities related to game day operations. Functional oversight for ticketing, facilities, event management, concessions operations, event staffing, and student workforce management included.
  • Director of Student Athlete Services and EAGLE Center Athletic, Academic staff and support services including progress toward degree, advising, life skills, tutoring, and mentoring.
  • Director of Athletic Media Relations and activities which support sports information management and the promotion of Eagle athletics in a variety of print media.
  • Director of Broadcasting and activities related to video and in-game production for ESPN+, on-site and other video broadcasting.
  • Coach and sport program oversight for Football, Rifle, Cross Country and Track and Field, Women’s Basketball, Cheerleading (Co-Ed and All-Girl).
  • Previous direct oversight of Women’s Golf, Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Strength and Conditioning, and Sports Medicine.

  • Provide front-line contact with faculty, staff, student-athletes, parents, alumni, fans, and other individuals with athletic interests.
  • Approve all NCAA-, OVC- and PFL-required reporting, including but not limited to; Academic Performance Ratings (APR), Graduation Success Rate (GSR), PFL Financial Audit, Student Assistance Fund (SAF), Student Athlete Opportunity Fund (SAOF), Academic Enhancement Fund (AEF), NCAA Sports Sponsorship and Demographics report, Athletic Department Assessment plan and the NCAA Membership Financial Report.
  • Perform exit interviews with graduating/transferring student athletes, utilize data gathered to inform, improve, advise, and educate key stakeholders.
