Duties included bartending for a high volume upscale restaurant with attention to drink orders and customer satisfaction, proper cash handling and tip allocation for every shift and time management and teamwork are also very important at this location. Also, I have been requested to wait on tables and run food if necessary. Cleanliness and stocking of the bar was of utmost priority before, during and after shifts.

Giving excellent knowledge of over 20,000 bottles of aged wines to every customer is one of the highlights of my job.

The owners have also asked of me for minor maintenance and painting jobs to revamp the nostalgia of a 100 year old building. Which I relished in doing.
