I was hired as the 2nd technician for Tesla in the North Carolina/Virginia/South Carolina market where I started as a level 3 tech becoming gold certified in every category.
I worked in the service center for 3.5 years before moving to the Mobile Service side. Here I became a level 4 tech.
Well versed in Technical and remote diagnostics, parts and Service advising as well as being customer facing when performing every repair capable via Mobile Service.
At this specific location in Raleigh I have trained over 13 techs and have been assisting with new hire interviews for several years. This also includes ride alongs, training new techs and assisting in other areas when backlog arises both in state and out of state for the Atlantic Southeast.
Currently I am running Spring Lake Mobile Service which encompasses 1/3rd of the state of North Carolina where I am responsible for 6-10 appointments a day, keeping track of routing, ordering and maintaining my own parts department.
I accelled as being a technician with Volkswagen and was able to acheive Master technician level at this dealer. I enjoyed this job- very much but knew that EV was the way of the furture and ultimately decided to move to Tesla.
Moved to this dealer to be back at home where I am from to be closer to family. Here I worked for 4 years do all things Volkswagen repair related.
At this location I performed all repairs required as a entry level technician and only left to be closer to home as this was the first dealer I could get in Virginia after graduating Volkswagen Academy in Allentown, PA
