My experience so far has primarily been through high school, including three years of varsity-level basketball, where I learned the importance of teamwork, communication, accountability, discipline, and working toward a common goal. Being part of a team taught me how to listen, take direction, remain dependable, and work effectively with people from different backgrounds. I also had the opportunity to participate in a modeling job, which helped me develop confidence, professionalism, and the ability to conduct myself appropriately in a work environment.

Although I am new to the security field, I am highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career. I have been researching security companies and training opportunities and am especially interested in positions that provide on-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth and am also open to any additional required training necessary. I was very interested in the possibility of becoming part of your team.

My name is Richard Hatter III, and I recently graduated from Valencia High School in Las Lunas, New Mexico. Following graduation, I had the opportunity to spend the summer with my grandparents, and I am now excited and ready to begin the next chapter of my life by pursuing a career in the security industry.
